  • It’s difficult to dispute that when properties are properly marketed through staging they typically sell faster and for more money than unstaged properties. We work with you to design and implement a staging plan to reach your ideal buyer on an emotional level.

    On staging day we furnish and style the property and provide a showing checklist to your listing agent to make sure the property is in its best light for every showing.

    We showcase the property through our own social media channels to earn more exposure for the listing. Before the close, we remove all furnishings so everything is ready to hand over keys to the new owner.

  • Your dwelling should be beautiful and functional — a place where you feel authentically you.

    We take time to learn how you live and your needs and desires for your space. We design to address those needs and bring out the soul and unique qualities of your home.

    We work with your architect and contractor to ensure the proper canvas to carry out your design plan. We hand select furnishings and finishes and incorporate pieces that tell your story, which results in a more personal and curated look, one that is uniquely you.

  • Maybe all you need is a little inspiration or advice. Whether you’re designing for sale or for living, we offer expert guidance to help with your specific design challenges.

    We have been called upon for an hour or two to help make selections, and we have been enlisted over the course of several months to weigh in on lengthy projects.

    We are eager to make ourselves available to our dear clients for limited scope projects as well as long term endeavors.
