OUR STORY
Founded by Rebecca Lyon after redesigning and selling her own homes in California and Mexico, Lyon Design Lab is based on a vision that we can do work we love while operating as global citizens and giving back.
Rebecca’s design aesthetic is shaped by her experiences living in New York, Los Angeles and the Mayan Riviera. She enjoys bringing a modern sensibility to spaces while mixing timeless details, natural elements and a pinch of drama.
Having called over 25 different addresses home, from a 1793 colonial, to a Caribbean condo, to a studio apartment above a tattoo shop, Rebecca sees potential in every home. She believes every person deserves a refuge that reflects their awesomeness.
She lives with her husband, Brian, two daughters, Scarlet and Savannah, her dog, Penelope, and her cat, Whitey. And, yes, Penelope and Whitey, who are both black and white, happen to coordinate well with the household decor.
